FlexyBill Micro Billing is part of the X-on Product Range.

X-on has been providing corporate voice, and data service in the UK, Europe and Australia for over 10 years. Clients currently using X-on's platform include HSBC, British Telecom and Buckingham Palace.

FlexyBill Micro Billing and Pay for Product systems provide your business with the choice of how to bill for low value items. Use FlexyBill telephone, SMS, credit card and premium rate tariffs to charge for content, access, products and subscriptions.

Pay for Content

FlexyBill is an ideal way to allow customers to pay for access to electronic content - Internet information, file or software downloads, or mobile content delivered by SMS, WAP or MMS.

The FlexyBill system can give PIN access to URL's or download areas on web sites once the payment has been received and authorized - whichever way the customer chooses to pay.

Pay for Product Small value products, such as books, CD's, magazines can be ordered through the FlexyBill system. Completed and paid orders can be delivered to you which include additional data gathered from the customer, such as a postcode for the delivery address. Pay for Ticket Paying for tickets for concerts, films, exhibitions, travel is easy with FlexyBill. Once the customer has paid, the FlexyBill system will issue a booking reference number as a ticket for an event or venue. The system can limit the number of bookings for a given event so that if the venue or train has 200 seats, there will only be 200 bookings taken on a given date.

Pay for Subscription

For regular clients, the FlexyBill system allows them to pay for regular products or services in advance. When it is time to renew their subscription, they can be reminded to pay by their chosen method - for example, if they are paying by billed SMS to their mobile, they can receive a text message asking whether they wish to continue.

You are in Control

Whichever type of product or content you are supplying, you have access to a control panel which allows you to set the availability and price of the products you are supplying. Each product or service you offer has a unique code and a price. You can make the availability limited, such as for ticket or limited stock, or unlimited, such as access to a web site for a fixed period of time.

You can also set how many of each product a customer is allowed to order and which of the available payment methods can be used.

The control panel is where you can see in real time the orders taken for your products, in detail and in summary and a statement of your FlexyBill account.
