Telephone Billing
The cost of low value items can be added to a customer’s landline bill by use of a Premium Rate phone number. The charge being dependant on the time spent on the phone.
The customer dials an advertised premium rate number and enters a supplied product code via the phone keypad. They can also enter additional information, such as their postcode, as required.
The time spent on the call will determine the price paid for the product and at the end of the call the customer will receive order confirmation.
User friendly menus and prompts ensure the transaction proceeds smoothly.
